Tony Swartz is an Ellensburg attorney who represents clients charged with Kittitas and Yakima County alcohol related offenses such as driving under the influence (DUI), physical control, minor operating a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol, and other related crimes. On the civil side of his practice, he focuses on business law matters (including LLC formations, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, contract matters, and more), nonprofit law matters (including 501(c)(3) formation and Washington State charity issues), landlord/tenant matters, and estate planning services (wills, trusts, and elder law planning).
He also represents City of Roslyn/City of Cle Elum as city prosecutor and represents Department of Children, Youth, and Families as Special Assistant Attorney General.
In his spare time, he enjoys international travel and playing trumpet in the Ellensburg Big Band. He also enjoys working out at Ellensburg CrossFit and, when he can, sailing his small boat on Lake Union. Finally, he is the Director of Jazz in the Valley, Ellensburg’s summer music festival, and he is a member of the Ellensburg Morning Rotary Club.
